Personally I think that Brad can get one more chance out of this year to prove himself to be a head coach in the NFL. If at the end of this season we see ourselves with a record or 4-12 or lower then we will have to consider ourselves of firing him. He hasn't relized yet that he can try and develop Jackson by throwing the ball more like more 20-30 yard passes he hasn't really given him a chance and if the secondary keeps on playing like this I don't see why not of trying to give him and the receivers a chance.So I will give him one more chance to get this team going and getting some experience in Jackson then talk about firing Childress.
