Shiancoe: Top 15??

whether you want to believe it or not, through the first 5 weeks the much hated visanthe shiancoe is the 15th best tight end in the league, going strictly by stats, namely yards and touchdowns. up to this point he has outperformed "better" tight ends such as dallas clark, lj smith, and todd heap. If he keeps his output like this the whole year, would he be worth the cash we threw at him before last year?

hey now, i agree he is not the greatest but, he has been showing up since gus took the ropes, he seems much more comfortable, maybe be cuz he realiazes now that the ball being thrown his way should actually be catchable making it easier to focus on the play

Not ready to write him off... yet.
imagine his stats if he had caught those balls. I hope, for the Vikings’ sake, its just a passing thing. But I’d leave him on a short leash.
