How Tampa has won / How to beat them
This team is almost a carbon copy of the Bears - they are always ALWAYS looking for the takeaway... Two weeks ago against KC they relied on several turnover breaks at the end of the game to prevail at the end.
Here's the problem... Gus needs some serious confidence - this game could be over by a quick fumble by AD or a quick INT or 2 by Gus.
The Vikings need to SLOW THIS GAME DOWN and get into halftime with a close game.
It's very simple - if Berrien is doubled up, then take the 1-2 yd gains with AD and play a field position game.
TB has a VERY clever and tricky defense - it's not a team to go gunslinging against.
With a close game at the end, I give the advantage to our line and AD

OPEN THAT S*** UP!!!
GO IN 4 WIDE! THey wanna double up BB, then open that feild up. It’ll open up the pass game and if you run AP outta spread he’ll find the holes. That’ll take the double team away and BB. Either you fill that box or shut down BB. We need more spread.

Spread um
could you imagine if T jack was marginal…and we ran a spread offense. To Dream is just a waste of time

HA!
A spread offense in the NFL? You crack me up.
I think that we simply need to have a balanced attack. If AD is running every play we’re effed. We must stay away from the KAO signature run, run, pass attack. Balance is key. I think that we still have to look to stretch the field, I don’t care how good their defense is at takeaways.
By the way, who is Tampa’s top corner?
Again Ha!
More like, a creative offensive scheme under Childress?
Get real. We’re going to do the same thing we always do, no matter who we are facing.
Smashmouth running, and some untimely INT’s.

Balanced attack
Good scheme, but I think we should go with the short passes to Taylor and let AD do his thing in the backfield. If Peterson gets a hole that tricky defensed will be the tricked defense.
Gus will need all the confidence and it should start with his fans. Some of us are putting him out to dry and talking of next year already. " Sign this guy, sign that QB, Gus is killing us". I’m sure the boys in the locker room have his back, but do his fans? I’m going against everyone and saying Gus will have a break through day. Their Defense will underestimate our O and Gus will bring it.
Tampas top corner is Ronde Barber i would assume…he knows ther system the best. hes a little old now but probably still there best corner. ALthough a spread wouldn’t work in the nfl well right away…as it evolves and sees those nfl defenses it could mold into a workable system…but i think it requires a great line and TEs
