Not a lot of analysis to be had here. Get pressure on Aaron Rodgers, get Adrian Peterson going (and tell me he's not due for an absolutely monster game), and for the love of God, beat these jagoffs. If ol' Chili can't beat the Packers this time, there's a very good chance he won't get another opportunity.
Let's get it done, people.

Let's play!
Alright Chilly, seriously, it’s time to beat Green Bay
The bandwagon starts loading this afternoon…
A disgusting act
Apparently the game today is going to be called on Fox by. . .Joe Buck and Troy Aikman.
Again, simply a disgusting act by the people at Fox.
Every Viking fan worth their salt hates the pathetic little douchenozzle. . .if anyone has an online audio link to the game that actually works, feel free to share it here.

Ferguson has, apparently, asked the team for his release. Again, we kept this guy over Martin Nance. I still don’t understand why.
And Kenechi Udeze will be on the field this afternoon for the pre-game coin toss. I believe this is his first time at the Metrodome since he underwent a bone marrow transplant for his leukemia back in July. Expect Fox to say absolutely nothing at all, as Udeze is a member of the Minnesota Vikings.

I Dont think its a pathetic act
Hell we get Fox’s Top Team, just shows how big this game is.
Jared Allen is My New Hero, That Sum Bitch has Balls to play with a seperated shoulder.
I was making reference
To the temper tantrum that Buck threw after the Moss mooning incident at Lambeau in ’04.
But I’d still appreciate a working audio link to the KFAN broadcast if anyone has one.

Jay Glazer says
That Jared Allen is going to be wearing a harness on his shoulder, mainly to stabilize it. Doesn’t know how effective he’s going to be.
Hopefully he can still be pretty effective.

I do agree with Aikman
That probably should have been called intentional grounding instead of illegal pass.
That’s the definition of illegal grounding, though, unless I’m nuts. If not making it to the line of scrimmage made it an illegal pass, then every incomplete screen pass would have to be flagged.

The Vikings Defense
Has only allowed 99 yards so far this afternoon.
5 Sacks
2 Safety’s
And all 10 PA came off of Offensive turnovers on our side of the field.

AP's record day, 296 in a single game.
Agreed
Gus is good for this team. Just having a really bad day
This post would be better if I wasn't screwed by the refs!
Longwell pushes the FG
Damn it. . .#8 misses from 47.
I don’t know why we weren’t more aggressive there, but we weren’t.

no matter how good your rush offense is or your pass offense is, if the defense knows to stack the box on 1st and 2nd down and then drop extra men in coverages on 3rd down, the offense will not do anything.
it really boggles my mind how childress/bevell doesnt see this. i laugh at people who are so predictable on madden.
There's a reason it's called
“Garbage time.”

Desmond Bishop, that’s who.
Got embarassed on the Taylor TD, and now a 15-yard cheap shot on Aundrae Allison after the punt return.

by DelawareBerserker on Nov 9, 2008 2:14 PM CST reply actions
I agree.... kinda
I’m still not sure about T-Jack, but he can’t do any damn worse that ferotte, 3 picks, all resulting in points, that is inexcusable for a veteran qb who is supposed to “manage” the game
Our Offense
Has given up 17 points off of Turnovers this afternoon.
All Day and All Night have 197 yards between them
The rest of the Offense has 16 yards.
They’ve scored a total of 17 points
The 2 Safeties are all that has us leading

Rarely get to watch a Sunday Vikings game here in DC.
It appears that is more blessing than I had thought.
Good Luck, but with Chilly, It will take more than luck.
I don't suffer from insanity...I relish every moment of it!
So, to summarize
Green Bay has 98 yards of offense.
We’ve sacked Aaron Rodgers five times.
Ryan Grant has 40 yards.
Greg Jennings has 30 yards.
And we’re losing.
That pretty much sums up the epic fail that is the Brad Childress era to this point.

aikmen
i wish he was throwing the ball for us. chilly changed his mind and went for it because ad was pissed. ad coughes it up. a total clusterfrog
man i know everyone and their mom, is probably going to blame childress, and i guess you could for putting frerrote in, in the first place, but the blame for how poor this game has been so far rests solely on the shoulders of gus frerote in my opinion.
What up?
We lose by a fieldgoal.
Anyone else thing thise? I HATE THE FLIPPING PACKERS!!!!
AD monster run for TD = win
I am a sage.
Crosby adds a FG
40-yard FG makes it 27-21, Green Bay.
I would damn near be willing to give my left arm for a TD drive here.

we win by 2 td’s at least if he plays mediocre. maybe he can bring us back now??!! a great effort by the D today regardless. they have to be so frustrated playing for this O
Packers=slowed down Peterson according to aikman
are you drunk?
What I wouldn't mind seeing now
The play-action fake/Shiancoe in the seam play that he got the TD on against Houston last week.
Yes, I’m calling for passes to Visanthe Shiancoe. I don’t understand it either.

Vikings' Drive
Peterson pretty much willed the Vikings downfield on that one.
69 yards in 7 plays, 3:34 off the clock.
Vikings 28, Packers 27, 2:22 left in the fourth quarter.
Now all the Vikings’ defense has to do is exactly what they’ve done all day so far.

Well, here it comes
Crosby coming on for the Pack.
It’s a 51-yarder from here.
