Yes, Viking fans, I'm sure you noticed that there was really no activity here yesterday, and there pretty much won't be any today, either. Between Mrs. Gonzo having to work today and totally immersing myself in the Christmas present that she was kind enough to give me (Fallout 3 for the XBox 360), I've decided to take a day or two off from football and wondering whether or not Tom Coughlin is going to play this guy or that guy or some other guy this Sunday at the Metrodome.

So, I hope that all of you out there are enjoying your holiday season, and that we'll be back here to have everything you'll need to know about this weekend's make-or-break regular season finale between the Giants and the Vikings.

I've already re-started

A couple of times because I have no idea what I want to do with my character. I’ll probably end up starting over again, because my guy thus far has a penchant for just icing random people that piss him off.

Probably shouldn’t do that.

The worst offense of mine was probably in Megaton.

Oh, spoilers ahead for those of you thinking of buying the game. You’ve been warned.

So I go to the tavern in town, and I’m talking to this Moriarity fellow about where my father went. He says he’ll tell me for 100 caps. I pretty much tell him to piss off. I look around town for a bit, and go back and talk to him again to learn that the price for the information has gone up to 300 caps.

So I shot him. A lot.

Then I went outside the tavern and got smoked by a bunch of people. Unfortunately, when I went outside the tavern, the autosave kicked in and overwrote what I had done previously.

So, now it looks like I’m re-starting again. This time, I’m just gonna go with what I feel like doing. . .not necessarily good or bad, just whatever tickles my fancy at a particular moment.

I won’t spoil anything, but you get a chance to do something WAAAAAAAY worse further on in the game. Even if your karma is as good as it gets, it will reverse it all the way.

Initially, I wanted to wait for Sunday´s game thread to post my first message on this blog. But I´m superstitious, so I figured it´s better to start off a little eralier, at least this way I can´t be blamed for bringing in some kind of bad Mojo if we blow it on Sunday (and I won´t have to blame myself, which I surely would have done if).

But, my dear fellow followers of The Purple Tribe, not making the post season this year is simply NOT AN OPTION. We control our own destiny, and I´m sure we will make it this time. In a pissed off AP, who will want to make amends for last week´s fumbles, in a very much improved TD-Jack and in JARED ALLEN I trust!

And the Eli guy ins´t quite comfortable playing the Vikes, as we have learned from earlier encounters with the G-Men…

Thanks Gonz for putting up this blog,give the Mrs.Gonz a kiss on the cheek for allowing you time to devote to this.Give Special thanks to those around in your unit away from love ones.
In a few days we will be in the playoffs or not,but has been a good roller coaster ride,some good moments some bad.But nothing I havent seen in many years at least we came away ahead of The Pack.
To all you Vike Fans hope you had an enjoyable Christmas,hope you all come to this blog and break our new record of 1800 posts for a game day.Would like to see 3k posts sunday and not stop there by next year we avg 2k posts per game.Its your Blog also chat it up and lets get rolling rooting for our Team though not in game but in spirit.
