Yes, my awesomeness is now, apparently, such that I've merited my own doppleganger/troll on the Pro Football Talk comments section.

The comment by "TheGonz" with the 4:46 time stamp on it belongs to me.  The comment by "TheGonz" with the 5:03 time stamp on it most definitely does not.  (Of course, anyone with any common sense would know that.)

I'm guessing that the troll is some douchebag that cheers for some team that finished the season sitting behind the 2008 NFC NORTH CHAMPION MINNESOTA VIKINGS in this year's division standings.

This FanPost was created by a registered user of The Daily Norseman, and does not necessarily reflect the views of the staff of the site. However, since this is a community, that view is no less important.

Gonzo Stalker?

Maybe it is some form of a compliment, in a demented, creepy (Packer) way…

After Reading

Looks like a disgruntled Packer fan to me. I guess he’s just writing his LAST post before the LOONNNGGGG offseason.

Congrats Vikings Players and Fans.

You probably don’t believe me, but I thought the purple would run away with the division this year, with Rogers being so unproven and the Bears are of course not who we assumed they could be.

You have a dominate defense, definition of dominate practically. I don’t need to type anything about All-Day, but I will say he seems to be an awesome human being to go along with the best RB I’ve ever laid eyes on. And given some time, and good coaching… perhaps T-Jack might be the answer for Minnesota’s QB woes.

All that said, I look forward to another great division rivalry next year. Hopefully we win a few more and it comes down to the wire, unlike this year where the Pack choked and faded. Have fun in the playoffs!

lol Did you guys see the Packers fan on there saying how moving into the post season threw us back a few years because we no longer get a lower draft pick? He probably wishes he’d gone 0-16 so the Pack could have the #1 pick.

by Frost on Dec 28, 2008 8:21 PM CST reply actions   0 recs

Well, don't worry

With the Pack’s offensive line, defensive line, and LB corps being as awful as they are, plus their starting CBs getting older, they might be the team to challenge 0-16 next season.

The Packers have the 9th overall pick in the draft, which should enable them to have their veritable pick of the future bust defensive linemen that the Packers have such an affinity for. (See also: Harrell, Justin; Reynolds, Jamal)
