5 playoff teams out of that from this year.
Though I’m not sure that Arizona deserves it.

Okay, I'm gonna take a looooong draught of Purple KoolAid and say...
We should definitely, hands down, without a doubt, win at least 9 games next year at the very worst.
We should beat the Lions twice, Bears and Packers at least once each, at least 3 of the NFC West foes (Seahawks will improve), the Browns, and the Bengals. Among the other games (Bears, Packer, Panthers, Seahawks, Giants, Ravens, Steelers), We should win at least 3 games, so my end of the 2008 regular season prediction for the 2009 season is 12-4*.
*This prediction is made prior to any offseason transactions, in the midst of a wildly, unbelievably optimistic mood, and under the influence of many gallons of Purple KoolAid.

I will agree that 12 wins looks possible…..but also because it would be in keeping with our pattern of getting 2 more wins than the previous year under chili……

So 16-0 in 2011? Sweet.

power rankings
now that we’re in the playoffs, along with 11 others, maybe we can finally crack the top 12 in “the experts” power rankings.
way to go vikes; not pretty, but a win!

That schedule looks incredibly weak.
Playing the entire NFC West is fantastic. The AFC South has two teams that are embarrassments. I also might go to the Dawg Pound. I’m not too far from Cleveland and have always wanted to see a Browns game in Cleveland.

Coming to Arizona again! Yes!
This schedule does look very weak. A 9-win season is a must. 11-wins is more likely…and 13 or 14 wins is a positive as I want to look at things right now.
But we should make the playoffs next year. :)

Wow
That does seem like a weak schedule. Of course things change drastically from year to year…But, it should definitely be better than this year’s.

Funny
How the scheduling formula always puts the Giants on our schedule…won’t this be about 5 of the past 6 years now?

OK I went back and checked
Next year will be the tenth time in eleven seasons that we played the Giants. Every year from 1999-2005, and 2007-2009. Does that strike anyone else as really weird?

They keep doing it because they keep expecting us to lose to them outright.
