Vikings on SNF?
Do you think the Atl vs. MN game will be moved to Sunday Night oppose to the noon start time currently scheduled? IT seems to me that this game would be much more interesting to watch than the scheduled SD vs TB game.
Also, who knows when NBC/NFL announce what teams will play on SNF? I know games are already scheduled, but they have the option to “flex out”.
SKOL VIKES! and SKOL AD baby!

PFT has something on this
They said the two most attractive options to get flexed to prime time for Week 16 are Vikings/Falcons and Panthers/Giants.
PFT also said that Titans/Steelers was a consideration, but CBS may have exercised their right to not have that game flexed, and Fox might do the same thing with Panthers/Giants, so there’s a pretty solid chance of Minnesota’s Week 16 game being in prime time.

This would be great! I have a function that I have to attend right at game time. If they flex, I’m golden!
It’s only two weeks away, though – don’t they have to announce that soon?

They're going to announce it
Sometime after the Monday night game. Whether “sometime after the game” means tonight or tomorrow, it will be sometime relatively soon.

nice!
That would be bomb, i’m going to that game and it has been forever since I’ve gone to a night game…. is it just me or is the excitement just a little bit more pumped up for night games?

That would blow for me… I’m going to the game, but I am from Illinois… so I am going up on Saturday night and checking out of my hotel before the game. If it’s a night game, I’ll get hammered at Corner Bar before the game and probably get myself kicked out of the Dome… haha!!

Panther VS Giants would go before us...
That could be the possible game for homefield advantage!

The major networks...
The major networks have the ability to put a nix on certain games they don’t want flexed. Chances are, the Giants/Panthers games would get on eof these holds. As would the Steelers/Titans.
Sounds like there would be a good chance for it. That’d actually be cool with me.

and here's the story

Atlanta @ Minnesota got moved to the 3:15 slot. This flex stuff really screws with travel plans. I don’t mind it when I’m sitting at home, but when I’m traveling 5 hours to see a game and already have all of my plans made, It kind of sucks. Plus, I don’t like seeing the same team on primetime 5 times (Giants) and 3 times on Sunday night. But I understand… ratings are ratings, and money is money.
