Mini Camp

Hey! why am I not seeing any mini camp reports of my beloved purple. It's sunday and still no reports. What's up! I think we all need to know how our new draft picks are doing. I'm sure there are reporters out there watching the new players. I'm sure they must have something to say. I would like to comment, but I have no reports from the local new media! I can't began to think what they are thinking. Could this team be so bad that reporters can't report? Of course not. Is that 75 words? OK great. Now, how about some reports!

Unfortunately, I’m a pretty good drive from the Twin Cities. . .so I only know what the nice people at the Star-Tribune and/or Pioneer Press tell me.

Unfortunately this blog is more for discussion on important events like the assigning of jersey numbers. You’ll have to read about the mini camps from the media outlets.

But I’m not sure I understand what you’re saying here.

Are you under the impression that I’m someone that has access to camps and stuff like that? Because, really, I’m not. . .I’m some guy with a website.

The “media outlets”. . .the people with REAL access to the team. . .have combined to post jack squat about the mini camp to this point. If and when they post anything worth discussing. . .or anything at all, really. . .it will be up here.

Nothing meaningful??

I was just sarcastically stating that there hasn’t been much for meaningful news on this blog since the draft…..just a bunch of regurgitated stuff.

It wasn’t meant to be critical, so don’t get so defensive.

I don’t have a lot of time to read all the media reports on the Vikings, so I come here for a “one-stop” shop, yet I’ve seen better information in a local newspaper 500 miles from Winter Park!
