Heard anything new on Ray Edwards status? The article below doesn't sound good, but this may be old news.
The outlook for DE Ray Edwards is not quite as clear. Edwards sat out all of minicamp because of a back injury, weakening what is expected to be one of the NFL's top defensive lines. Edwards has been penciled in as the starter at left end, where he would see favorable blocking schemes while opponents focus on Pro Bowlers Kevin Williams, Pat Williams and Allen

I had read that as well. I know we had Robison on the other side, but I wouldn’t mind seeing him in there. If Edwards doesn’t get healthy, we do have someone to fill in.
