...needs a really good nickname. Please please please help out and give suggestions.
Adrian Peterson is Purple Jesus, perhaps the best nickname I have heard in a long long time, and I think it is only appropriate that EJ earns an equally awesome nickname. With any luck we, the fans, can get the announcers on TV and the local and national press reference EJ's new nickname.
What do you think? It's the least we can do for him after that sick tackle of DeAngelo last week.
Make your suggestions as a comment below, and after we get a good amount I'll post a poll of the best for people to vote (or someone else can if they feel so inclined).
Seeing as how I'm initiating this nickname challenge, I'll suggest the first nickname (apropos of that DeAngelo hit): Brown Sugar. (If you don't get it, look it up on Amazon.)

Well, we could go with something Viking-ish, like Thor’s Hammer, or just Hammer, but I’m not too sure about that, not too creative or anything. You could pick a bunch of nicknames like that: “The (something hard and vicious).” It would be appropriate but stuff like that’s been done. I like Brown Sugar better than anything like that. I will keep thinking on it though…
And I definitely agree on Purple Jesus, my favorite nickname. I normally just say All Day though, a little quicker to type, plus I also like that nickname.

well it might be corny but...
how bout {E}arly {J}ump Henderson. i picked this because he always seems to get that jump and beat the offense to its point of attack. So whadaya say EJ Early jump Henderson. lol
No gimicky nicknames needed!
It will be very soon when everyone league wide will hear his initials and know EXACTLY who is being refered to.

“Jack-in-the-box”?
It seems that anybody that comes around the box with the ball gets jacked pretty bad by EJ.
