PrintDo you think we could nab Steve Spagnuolo to cover for him? Dunbar has said he doesn't want to take any position but the one he's got, so he won't replace Frazier. Or do you think he's going to either get that Head Coaching job or stick with the Giants?
If Frazier does go, who exactly is left to replace him as Defensive Coordinator? Any HCs getting fired that were decent DCs?

Not Spagnola
Spagnola will certainly not leave for a DC job outside of NY. the only way he leaves is a good opprtunity as a HC on a young talented team. and that team throws a lot ofmoney at him.
As for axed Head Coaches.....
Haslett was just Not-retained so he is available and has record of a solid DC. other than that no former head coaches come to mind.
I'd prefer not to speculate
until after it is all done, less we tempt the football gods to take our best coach away from us.

A "lateral" move doesn't make sense.
Coordinators that are being considered for head coaching jobs rarely move to another team in the same position. Spagnola would be a great replacement, but it ain’t gonna happen.
