I wonder what makes everyone think QB is a problem? Everyone keeps saying go after a qb in the draft and lets develop him for 3 or 4 years. Lets not forget we've been developing tjack for 3 years and he has made some strides. He's had plenty good games and he's even brought us back in some games (Redskins, Broncos, Lions, and another game i forgot which one it was). In the beginning of the season i believe the only reason his play wasn't spectacular in the first two games was because of that leg injury. Those first two games weren't even his fault, I believe the blame goes to the defense for the colts game and the special teams for the packers game. He has a strong arm strong legs and has one more offseason get better at every aspect of his game. Learn to read defenses better, be able to find his recievers, and whatever else a qb has to do.
I think the best thing for us to do this offseason is draft a game changing offensive player, a ol in the second round, a db in the third round, a fb in the 4th, another ol in the 5th round, and some back up linebackers and another wr in the final rounds. If Crabtree slips to us please pray to god that our gm gets him. Stop looking for Cassel to come to us because the fact of the matter is he's in a system where he throws most of the game which pads his stats, has two game changing wide recievers, and a excellent passing oline. The kind of stuff we dont have.
Lets open for discussion
