I did a quick photo edit... I used yahoo maps to capture an image of the MOA site (haven't been by in awhile, but assume this space is still open). Then I used Google to grab an image of the University of Phoenix stadium (in Beautiful, Sunny AZ) - I used semi trailers in each one to approximate that I had roughly the same scale... and copied the stadium into the MOA site. Still plenty of room for parking/tailgating... even more if you wipe out the grassy area I brought over from AZ AND if you remove the 'grass tray' space. Thought this might show the possibility of this working in this space.
