My take on the Steelers game

After the Game I was a little bummed out the Vikes lost, but then I realized that even though they lost, they have the Talent to play and beat any team. Then I realized also that this loss was a blessing in disguise,we got that first loss out of the way no pressure on being undefeated to contend with.Another good thing is next week is the Pack, nothing better then playing after a game they should have won.I am not going to use the Refs iffy calls to justify losing the game. Most of the Penaltys was due to the loud crowd noise, the Sapp hit was definately a late hit out bounds or close enough to be warranted. The others I aint even going to mention, though I would like to see Replay happen when points are taken off of the board due to a penalty.Should go automaticly into review in that case, and make sure that the right call was made.

Other then that I thought they played hard and was in the game the whole time. One question I have to ask as I missed the play, was Farvres arm going forward on that sack, fumble that scored a Defensive T.D. didnt get to see a replay, but heard the noise and groaned. Also was Chester hit before the ball got to him. This is not a loss for any Vike fan to hang their head down on,we have the Talent to overcome any Team but ourselves. The schedule looks pretty decent from here on out.I believe the Vikes can win any of the rest of seasons matches.

Both turnovers were legit. Farve got the ball knocked out of his had way before he started to throw, and Taylor just had the ball go through his hands. This was definitely a game they were in position to win and mistakes cost them. You are right, this team can hang with anyone talent wise. I hope this lights a fire in the team and we go out get a win in GB and go in to the bye with at 2 game lead in the division.

Jared Allen is to football what Jason Voorhees is to Lake Crystal.
Percy Harvin is Devin Hester, except someone very smart decided to teach him how to catch and run routes.

agree

We lost and now pressure off for “who will take them down” question….is out of the way….Think we will have a very focused and determined team from here on out….Green Bay better be ready!

I would rather be IN the Arena than watching from the stands...That is my life!

Screw GB being ready

They better bring a gallon of lube, Rodgers is going to be pulling Allens’ whole leg out of his ass by the end of the game.

Favre’s arm was about as close to going forward as it could have been, but the fumble was a fumble.

Taylor was not contacted before the ball got to him.

He could be hit before the ball got there anyway, right?

Or was he past the line of scrimmage? I can’t remember.

He was about 2 yards behind the line of scrimmage.

So, if I remember correctly...

He can hit, tackled, blocked, cut, all that jazz because he’s behind the line of scrimmage, right?

This is mostly for my own personal benefit – I just can’t remember completely.

Umm…

Good question.

I believe he can only be tackled if he has the ball or pretends to have the ball as in play-action.
