haha

I wouldn’t mind Hutchinson being out :).

Does anyone know any more about his injury? What has he or Chill said regarding his injury, if they’ve said anything at all? Obviously, him being out would benefit us GREATLY haha.

It's just a veteran move

Hutch is fine. But like most veteran players, his back was a little sore, so Chilly gave him some time off to heal up so he can be 100% for tonight’s game. I’m not worried about it at all. Hutch is the best guard in the NFL, and has been in this system for a few years, so he’s not missing anything by sitting out of practice.

Then list him as probable...

I’m a little concerned with this one…

wish Reynaud was playing today

He has been really effective as the Punt Returner, every time he is capable of taking it to the house

Jaymar Johnson

did a good job during the preseason before Reynaud took one to the house. Johnson will at least do better than what Berrian did in Reynaud’s place last week.

Jaymar

He was kicking some ass this preseason. They both were. I am glad

i was really surprised he went undrafted in 2008, was very pleased to see the vikings sign him.

Hutchinson

Is going to be the biggest loss if he doesn’t play. He’s the one solid player between the 2 rookies on the line. And by rookies I mean the new center Sully and the big tree Loadholt.

Childress said on Friday that barring any setbacks, he will be playing.

Well, I think if EJ or Brett don't play, that would be big too :)

Notice that no one seems to care much about Tahi. He’s not exactly a central cog of the Universe, but he does deserve some recognition.

by puddnhead on Oct 5, 2009 1:18 PM CDT up reply actions

Really?

I think it might HELP if he does not play, because then Bevell won’t be tempted to call plays that result in pass attempts to Tahi in the flat that, even if completed, net 2 or 3 yards at most and thus accomplish nothing but taking away opportunities for AP or Farvin to hit paydirt.

Hutch isn't "between" the 2 rookies

Hutch plays LG. Sullivan plays center and Loadholt plays RT. Anthony Herrera is the vet between the two first year starters.

Thank you

I was just about to say the same thing our left side should be monstrous.
