Well, good first half eh. Bears are 4-5 now they play

Philly -4-6 after game

Vikes-4-7 after game

St.Louis-5-7 after game

G.B.-5-8 after game

Balt-5-9 after game

Vikes-5-10 after game

Det-6-10 after game

Green bay 4-4 aint nothing better then the Pack losing and Vikes winning

Dallas-4-5 after game

San Fran-5-5 after game

Giants 13-3 could be 12-4 depending if we lock home field.

I see us locking up the Division by the AZ game resting starters and using last 3 games of the year to tweak Def and OFF.Plus giving time to Back up QBs just in case Favre goes down near the end.

Things are shaping up nicely….no matter how it ends up….

Think we push to get as many Ws as possible until the point that we see maks no difference regarding HFA….

At that point, we start making decisions on who plays and how much weekly in light of playoff scenario….

I would say we need to stay sharp as a team, so the 1st stringers need to play together week to week some….how much remains to be seen…

Somehow do think that each game we play is winnable here to playoffs….is a coaching decision week to week how to mix it all up on players….

Also how aggressively to go after the W…Do we need to have a 15-1 season and have injuries/fatigue contribute to a 1st round loss in the playoffs….Or do we rest all the 1st stringers too much and they lose their edge/teamwork?

All questions/decisions for Chilly, and much of what will be talked of regarding his coaching abilities as well as how many zeroes he has in the final figure for his new contract will be determined by his actions…

Mentioned in another post, he can be a hero, or a zero….let’s see! Man I love football, and especially the Vikes!

I hate the whole "let up and rest" position

I hope we are fighting for home field throughout. I would like to keep the momentum and timing.

Keep fighting

Maybe give Tjack & Sage a few series toward the end if all is well. Heal up any bumps or bruises.
Let Chester & some of the other backs get some more carries. Keep playing hard but give some of the backups a little work. If one of the starters gets hurt in the playoffs & we need someone to step in it will help if they have seen recent action.
