Once again, Doh

Um...again, I don't wanna look like Homer, but I always kinda thought, and believed that Prince was prolly a Vikings fan. I mean, Purple Rain, Purple Rain, and yesterday, for the first time, I saw him at the game on TV. I was sooooooo stoked, I mean, aside from his kind of weird vibe, I always like the guys music, because he is Uber Talented, and he can shred the frets on that cool guitar. Anyways, it was good to see the homeboy at the game, makes my universe make a little more sense, and my heart soars like a hawk. Man, this is a great year to finally believe, but I really just go one game at a time. I watch all I can, or go to Vikings.com, and watch the slow graphic game display. What is really cool, I got to see the Vikings beat the Bears on Sunday, and I get the see the Viking take on the Cards Sunday next! Man oh man, then one miss with the Bengals game, and then two games in a row with the Panthers game, and then we go to rape the Bears again. I love being able to say to the doubters, "I BELIEVE!" and not get sneers from the riffraff. Elroy

Yeah, I would love to go to a bar, and sip a few dozen of my favorite drinks, but sadly, I can’t drive because of doctor’s orders. Black outs and panic attacks. Bad for me, good for the rest of the drivers in my area, which is the NRV, where the Hokies play in Blacksburg. I don’t live in that down, I live in Dublin, Va.

That does put a damper on things. Well, looking at a few websites, the only thing closest to you bar wise is in Blacksburg, a place called Pedrpo’s, wish I had better news for you my friend.

I've seen every game

Either on tv or on Justin.tv. Seriously come to the game thread and someone invariably will put a spot that is showing the game over the internet.

Not a big fan of theft, but being a single parent with a young kid the bar scene is out, and this is the only way to go. (of course now I have my computer hooked into my 52" flat screen on game day :D)

If so is his loss.....

He did look a little stoic in his VIP box though….not that happy a camper…..hard to say….Could not see where his box was located (they did not show)….

The last time I was in the Dome watching a game (Twins), was in the Pillsbury VIP suite they have…was sweet but expensive as hell….Was not my dime though so was ok lol!

Is definitely time for a new stadium though….really sucked getting in and out, etc. THAT I remember quite well!

Maybe Prince had the same issues….hence his look, rather than being a Bears fan? My condolences if he IS a Bears fan, he has little to look forward to….

I would rather be IN the Arena than watching from the stands...That is my life!
