Who is attending Panthers vs. Vikings?
I'm heading down from VA to see the game this week. Wanted to see what you guys recommend for the pregame meal and beverages - well, beverages mostly. In the past, I've gone to Rock Bottom Brewery, but it's been about 5 years. I'm sure things have changed quite a bit. I also like the Irish place Ri Ra. Thanks in advance for any advice and maybe I'll see some of you there.

I'll be there, too.
And I’ll be headed down from Va. Where are you coming from? Ri Ra is ok, and will be jampacked.

Have you posted this over on Cat Scratch Reader?
I bet they could inform you of local hot spots.

I live in Wilmington NC
And I’ll try to be there if my job doesn’t have me working that weekend (I think I’ll be on call) but Rock Bottom is probably your best bet home made beer rocks, and I like beer a lot. Fox n Hound or Hooters are hot spots as well but a bit more generic.
Definately be there!
I’m from eastern NC, have 2 friends that are from Saint Michael,MN coming with… and also bringing one panther fan with us for safety reasons. We’ll be tailgating nice and early.
I wouldn't worry too much for your safety
Panthers fans, from my hometown experience, are pretty genteel and fairweather.

Let's hope.
At this point in the season you would doubt that they would be too rowdy. Do have a Dallas friend who took his parents to the game a year or two ago, and his 60 yr old mother wearing an emmitt smith jersey apparently got cussed out the whole game. Thought that was pretty awful to hear.
Panther fans were great
last time I went. I was hoping to go bu tmy friend had a death in the family. I stay with him in Waxhaw. Would have been great to meet up with ya’ll
If my forget aging autie sends me the occasional 00.00 bill for Christmas and get some money refunded promised to me I still would be tempted to jump a flight.
You guys write in and let us know how it went.
Nice Stadium. Upper deck a little steep bu tcould see one like that in Minny. Let em play in some snaow. Bearsa nd Pack do. Level the cold weather advantage. I loved going to “snow games” at he old Met.
00.00 bill?
Wow! Lucky!!!!!!! lol
Did you mean $100?

Um I don't mind playing in the snow
But I’m not a big fan of sitting in it… Or driving home afterwards in it for that matter. Or changing a tire with 5,000 cars behind you while you slip around on the ice… BAD BAD BAD Minnesota memories.. I think we lost that game too.
Here that
My dream would be to stay til the end of Football and playoff season . I don’t mind early winter. I’ll handle FL from like Jan-June
I remember sitting at a St louis Cards playoff game covered with snow and a dude puking on our blanket. At least the freeze made it easier to get of and cover thesmell. Now that was bad!
