GAMETIME!!
WOOHOOO!!! The Vikings are in town!!!
The University of Phoenix stadium is going to rock the PURPLE tomorrow and I'm going to be there rooting on the NFC's best team as they beat the high-flying Arizona Cardinals on their home turf.
I've made a sign to take to the game showing my appreciation for this website and it's contributors - it makes my 'separation' from Minnesota and the sports scene bearable. Thank you, Gonzo, for all you do to support this site. Likewise to the other 'authors' and the many, many contributors.
Please keep your eyes open for my sign! (Cards sideline, 10yard line, 30 rows up)
I'll be in my Favre jersey and sporting my horns!!

Red Zone
One end of the field is designated as ‘The Red Zone’.
It’s the end of the stadium that the playfield tray slides out of. Bleacher seating was added to there to expand the seating.
I was at the opposite end.
Such a BEAUTIFUL STADIUM – great place to watch the game! (even that one.)
The tailgating is AWESOME! We got there late and missed most of the partying, but I wasn’t there 2 minutes before I was throwing back shots of Hennessy, courtesy of a Cardinals fan in ‘our’ tent. Combined with the live Blues band… WOW.
Lots of good-natured smack talking from the Cards fans we sat with and LOTS OF PURPLE in the seats.
GO VIKES!!
I BELIEVE...

Maybe the Vikes can get a nice stadium like that one day
It’s enough to give anyone a case of stadium-envy :)
Thanks for the mention on the sign, did anyone see it in the stands?!
Ah, ah,
We come from the land of the ice and snow,
From the midnight sun where the hot springs blow.
The hammer of the gods will drive our ships to new lands,
To fight the horde, singing and crying: Valhalla, I am coming!
SKOL!
oh yeah!!!

not me! The VERY ATTRACTIVE Vikings fan sitting behind me.
Behave, she has our ‘address’!

I'm safe. Really, I am. She can sit next to me.

Hey Arizona
Thanks for the publicity but you didn’t have to sit through that whole game just for us. By the way anybody know where I can get a new TV cheap?
TV
Try www.newegg.com , they deliver and delivery is often free. Prices are excellent.

Nice pics
Lot more purple there than I thought there would be. What were those Viking fans in “Anticipating the Vikings” pic going to spell? Looks like 3/5 of “FAVRE” maybe?
