Cutler refusing to meet with Denver brass
http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3944555
Seems the lad is upset with them for entertaining the thought of trading him for Cassel. The Broncos seem to be in damage control after the story got out and now Cutler is a wee bit P.O.'d. Who knows, it may come down to the "trade me or I'll sit" or "I'll play once you give me more money you jerks." While I would like to see Cutler wearing Purple and Gold, I doubt we would land him given that the only QB to trade, I think, would be Jackson and I doubt Denver would do that with any amount of draft picks or suplimental players along with him.

Cutler is not acting very professional here.

Wouldn't you be pissed at your boss ,,,
,,, if you found out they tried to bring in your replacemt, before you quite/were fired, and then he decided not to come to your company, would you expect to go back to work all honky dory?

The man is not an institution in Denver. He’s been a solid QB for a below average team. The team doesn’t owe him anything presently, but they would be stupid to actually do the deal.

and by the way
Denver is in good position to draft Sanchez in the draft, so they could move him without needing a starting QB in his place.

Michael Smith said this morning that the Vikings were the original partner in the NE, Denver 3 way deal.
Jared Allen is to football what Jason Voorhees is to Lake Crystal.

I heard it was the Lions/Bucs, and of course the Broncos.

Why would
the vikings help another team land Cassel, if we wanted him for ourselves. what would we get from Denver that would make it worth it. my understanding is that Tampa was teh original 3rd party.

Cutler
If we land Housh today. I would gladly trade Chester Taylor and a quarterback and a 2nd rounder for Cutler. He could anchor our team and the Vikes would officially be SCARY. BB TJ JC and AP on offense would tear defenses apart.
Keep being pissed Cutler and get yourself up to Minny.
