Friday March Madness Open Thread
I'm putting this in the FanShots and not on the main page. If you want discussion of the whole NCAA Tournament, make your way over to Searching for Billy Edelin or Blogging the Bracket for general tournament coverage, or any of the individual college blogs here on SBNation.
However, I have this thread here for one very important reason.
Today will mark the first time in NCAA Tournament history that a team from the state of North Dakota will take the floor for a game in the tournament. The North Dakota State University Bison will be tipping off in approximately an hour and a half against the defending national champions, the Jayhawks of Kansas, in Minneapolis.
So, because of this, there are only three states in the union that have never sent a team to the NCAA Tournament. . .Alaska, Maine, and. . .giggle, snort. . .South Dakota.
Go Bison! And go my bracket! (Even though I only managed to do one this year. . .with co-workers, no less. . .and for only $2 a pop.)
This FanPost was created by a registered user of The Daily Norseman, and does not necessarily reflect the views of the staff of the site. However, since this is a community, that view is no less important.

Not a problem, per se
North Dakota is just better, that’s all. (-:
