Around SBN: Explaining Jeremy Lin's Early, Surprising Success

A primer on the importance of an OTs arms, including detailed measurements for both current NFL OTs and 2009 OT draft prospects. Well worth the read as a Vikings fan, as OT is a likely target. Phil Loadholt has the longest wingspan in the class and Eben Britton has one of the shortest.

I don’t know about the arm length thing. Seems like taking full advantage of long arms will only earn a player holding calls. Solid footwork, on the other hand, will do a player much more good and never results in a holding call.
