PrintIf you're going to be watching the draft this weekend, I'm sure you're going to be hearing about past drafts. Specifically, a draft where the Vikes allowed their pick to slip during the first round. And just in case you're thinking people MAY have forgotten about the event. DJ Gallo's already dragging the joke out of the grave and brushing the dust off.
So:
How many times do you think the talking heads will bring up the event?

Three times, because it only gets funnier they more they say it apparently.
Once at the start, if there’s talk about the Lions letting the clock run out for their first pick if they don’t sign the guy ahead of time.
Second in the middler picks, just in case somebody tuned in late.
And then finally at our own pick.
Mark it down. Three times.

While I’m at the Pub with my buddies watching the draft, this will certainly be one of the drinking rules (Yes, I’m making an NFL Draft drinking game). So, hopefully they don’t talk about it too much.
