with Percy’s overall rating. Until I checked out every other rookie’s rating. They are all a lot lower. This year’s Madden is gonna be a lot different. I can’t wait for it to come out! And if you look at the following link, it shows all the rookies from this years draft and their ratings. Was really nice to see Percy atop most of the receiver categories!

Rookies are always a low rating in Madden I think the highest one I ever saw was Adrian Peterson he got up to a 93 in his rookie year on madden 08

I also noted that Loadholt is second among all tackles in “run block strength” at 96. Nice!

I’ll have o learnto play that. Never been a fan of video games as I have a good son who puts his energy into all that stuff but can’t remember to turn in his homework. Thus he is flunking. So I put the hammer down and took games away til he wakes up to some resemblance of reality. Too bad as I was hoping he would teach me to play so we could have another thing to do together

yeah well the reasons for the poor rookie ratings all around the board is for a new rating system thay have this year. they litterally took every player from scratch and re did all there rankings on a much better scale. so then good players really stand out (I.E. AP). they put a bunch of new mechanics in the route running, corners backs coverage, quarterback throwing and pocket arrangments. all in all its looking like there going in the right direction. And Vance if you have a xbox with internet connection. i would be more than happy to show ya how to play. im pretty good too. hope your doing well buddy.

But really if you look at Percy’s Elusiveness and Agility and Speed it would be a much higher ranking then what it is now they just make rookies low

We certainly can’t complain about Percy’s ratings. DHB was supposedly the fastest by far, yet both have 97 speed. Harvin has a better accel rating also.

Maybe Harvin could have had an 84 or 85 catch rating, but that’s a tiny difference which could be solved in training camp.

The game does look like it will be all-new, and I’m glad. The old ratings and AI were getting too predictable, and I was tired of the same issues with the game year after year.

They have Asher Allen as the #3 ranked CB in Zone coverage. Yet he played almost strictly man-to-man in college.
