Ok I am torn.

I think the vikes may very well have the qb of the future already, one of these guys should become a good NFL QB.  I like the idea of allowing a QB to mature.

But... with Windfield probably gone after the season....do we have time to wait...is one of our QBs going to step up this year.  

I spent years saying Trent Dilfer was that best player on our team....then what he wins the superbowl (he was on the other team, you get the message).  One thing Trent had going for him by that time was that he could read the field and not force the ball and he had a very good defense.  Ok our defense is good (still gave up a bunch of 3rd and longs last year) if they are better this year Sage should be able to read enough to win most games we are in.

Do we need Faver? I spent years disliking this winny little bitch too.  But he did find ways to beat us way to often.  So going into the season Sage seems to be the guy, he should by now be able to read defenses and change up at the line then with AP, PH, BB the offense should be able to put up 21+ a game.  This with an improved defense (3rd and longs get reduced) and some points on D we should be on our way.
