Update on Kenechi Udeze
For anyone who was wondering what happened to Udeze after he retired before the beginning of the season, he is a new strength and conditioning coach for a different purple and gold: The University of Washington, my alma mater {cause everyone obviously wanted to know that's where I went to school ;)}. This info seemed lost in the shuffle of UW's upset over USC this weekend, which happens to be Udeze's alma mater.

Good for him
Unfortunate circumstances for him as a player. Good he can still make a career in football somehow.
I miss that guy
He was always a favorite of mine. What he went through is not to be scoffed at; and I think Childress handled this one well, unlike, say, Marcus Robinson’s Christmas Eve, or the death of Troy Williamson’s grandmother.

Great!
I also liked Udeze, and I still do.
I’m glad that he’s caught on at UW and is still able to continue his life with the sport he loves.
