Harvin appears at Winter Park
PERCY to Play?

sounds like he is going to play. so far i think this kid is going to win the Rookie of the Year,
Vikings rookie receiver Percy Harvin, who did not practice for a second consecutive day due to an illness, appeared at Winter Park today.
Harvin attended a meeting, which included quarterbacks and receivers, to review the game plan for Sunday's home opener against the San Francisco 49ers then left the team's headquarters.
Vikings coach Brad Childress would not address what kind of illness that was ailing Harvin.
"I'm not a doctor," Childress said. "I'm not going to get into viruses, and all those kinds of things."
Indications, however, is that the illness is not considered serious.
Childress even seemed optimistic that Harvin would be able to play Sunday against the 49ers.
"I think we can get him up to speed," Childress said, when asked about Harvin missing the last two days of practices. "We'll see how he's feeling. That's what drives it more than anything."
A few players are dealing with minor colds but Harvin is the most serious. Childress said team doctor Sheldon Burns has asked players to wash their hands religiously.
Harvin has been a key player in the Vikings offense, during a 2-0 start. He is tied for the team lead, with running back Chester Taylor, with eight catches. But Harvin leads the team with 77 receiving yards and two touchdown catches.
The illness wouldn't be a concern, except Harvin missed the Vikings' rookie minicamp in May when he got sick during a layover in Atlanta then was hospitalized before returning home to Florida. In addition, he was sent home from the rookie symposium because he didn't feel well.

I believe the 'push off' cost us 'our' SuperBowl...
I believe you 'go for the win'... instead of 'taking a knee'...

I don't know if this is the case, but...
I had the worst Migraines I’ve ever had the first year I lived in White Bear Lake…all year…after the first year, never had them again…I wonder if Percy is having a climatic/latitude adjustment causing the migraines? I dunno. Best of luck to him tho…
