So what do we call this play as fans?

Pretty self explanatory.   I came up with a couple of off-the-cuff ideas.  Feel free to suggest some others.  Let's all put our heads together and come up with a really good name.  Let's do it DN fans - we've come up with some good gems in the past like "Farvin" (spelling differential) and "Long Shanks".

So feel free to hit other on the options and then suggest a good name for this play.  Seriously, Brett Favre playing FOR the vikings and his first ever vikings home opener he throws a game winner with 2 seconds left - it deserves a short reference name.

I'm going to be calling it "that last play against the niners"

until we play them again, then I’ll be calling it “play against the niners that one time”

I dig that. Ima call it “the Greg Lewis catch” for two reasons:

1) Greg Lewis is getting less props for it, and deserves a ton.

2) Greg Lewis will likely never make a better catch in purple.

Purple is the new black.

Greg Lewis could be the new Eric Guilford.

4+17+6=27!

I believe the 'push off' cost us 'our' SuperBowl...
I believe you 'go for the win'... instead of 'taking a knee'...

Typical

When you go to somebody's house, you don't crap on their floor. Being a fan of one team does NOT give you license to be a dick to fans of another.

Corollary: When people are visiting your house and behaving themselves, them being a fan of a different team is NOT a reason for you to piss in their beer.

nice...

It was ALL GREG!

Even Brett says so.

I voted for the Greg Lewis play

that dude deserves the credit for bringing that one in. Good game today, good luck with the rest of your season, hopefully we will meet again in the playoffs.

It was Johnny Hopkins, and Sloan Kettering, and they were blazin that s*** up everyday.

How about the Niner's Nightmere

Because that’s what is going to be keeping them up at night.

Lewis Mossed the Niners

That was a Randy Moss catch Lewis made, i think he even doesn’t know how he did it. Favre has already lived up to his 12 mil

I won't say Favre has lived up to his $12 mil.

until Vikes have 10 or more regular season wins and a playoff win. He’s off to a good start, but it’s way to early.

"Favred Again"

Ah, ah,
We come from the land of the ice and snow,
From the midnight sun where the hot springs blow.
The hammer of the gods will drive our ships to new lands,
To fight the horde, singing and crying: Valhalla, I am coming!
