Around SBN: How Not To Criticize Tom Brady For The Patriots' Loss

Cowboys/Vikings Fourth Quarter Thread

The third quarter was fairly uneventful until the end, when Tony Romo hit a wide open Ben Leber on a play that went to the Cowboys' 15-yard line.

Because, you know, Ben Leber plays for Minnesota, not Dallas.

As we move to the fourth quarter, the Vikings are looking at third and six from the Dallas 11 as a result of the INT.

Minnesota still leads 17-3, and appears poised to add more as they stand 15 minutes from a date with the New Orleans Saints.

And Longwell makes it a three score game

As he connects from 28 because. . .sing along with me. . .

That’s what Ryan Longwell does.

Minnesota scoring drive moved 5 yards in 4 plays, taking 1:41 off the clock. Officially 28 yards on the field goal for Longwell.

Vikings 20, Cowboys 3, 14:23 from the NFC Championship Game.

Favre is still da man !

most playoff TDs ever

he gets better with age

He’s always open. He catches a lot of balls. He’s un-guardable, no matter how old he is

This ranks way up there in the history

of Vikings playoff games.

But I still think he could pull it off down the concourse. :)

Brooking....

backed away from the Vikings sideline pretty fast once Allen started walking towards him. Not that I could blame him.

Good time for it.

Now i know why we call them cowboys

They can not take their beating like a man.

Unsung hero-- Benny Sapp?

Other heroes— Ray Ray and the entire defense… Obviously Favre and Sid.

How solid was the secondary tho?

agree on Sapp

He must have been beating himself alot.

I hear if you do that too much you can go blind and he sure didn’t see that one coming.

I'm just so glad

I tried to say that having Favre over Romo was the difference in this game. All I could get from Cowboy nation was that Favre would be looking up at the ceiling all day. The fact that we have 3 probowlers on are defense line just went ignored. Well I guess they won’t be ignoring them now.
