Well, let's see if this keeps us from tearing our hair out before the NFC title game kicks off.  Not going to make a prediction on this one, but it should be a highly interesting game. . .one that will hopefully determine who the Beloved Purple will be matching up against in two weeks down in Miami.

Enjoy the game, folks!  The game thread for our game will be up at around 3:30 PM Central time or so.

Is it wrong to ask for a game with loads of injuries?

Not life threatening, just bad enough so the winners can’t play in the superbowl?

Wife is a huge Colts fan

On the outside I’m cheering for the Colts, on the inside the Jets. This will be a house divided for two weeks if it’s Colts-Vikings.

A lot of people are picking the Jets, but I just don’t see it. If both defenses stop the run, you now put the game in the hands of their respective quarterbacks. You got Manning or Sanchez in that one?

I thought so.

Saints should be favored

I don’t get why everyone is surprised. They’re the #1 seed, with the best record, playing at home.

Doesn’t mean they’ll win, though.

One side will give a rookie coach, the other a team that’s never won a Super Bowl. Kinda weird.

Run the clock out and go to the locker room with the lead?

Try for more and potentially turn the ball over?

No need to make a big mistake just before the half. They get the ball to start the 2nd half right?

There are two ways of being happy: We must either diminish our wants or augment our means - either may do - the result is the same and it is for each man to decide for himself and to do that which happens to be easier.

What the hell is with Super Bowl halftime shows?

We are starting to get diversity among the corporate ranks now, can’t we get something that is appealing to people other than old white guys?

Ever since the Janet debacle, we have been subjected to all sorts of acts WELL past their prime. Can’t we do better than that for the biggest television event of the year?

Green Day? Pearl Jam? Something that is only 10 years past their prime rather than 40?

After Janet in 2004 we have been subjected to...

Paul McCartney, The Rolling Stones, Prince, Tom Petty, Bruce Springsteen, and The Who.

I like Prince, but again, well past his prime. They could have done better. Nothing on that list is appealing at all in this century. Halftime Show fail.
