Giants/Vikings Second Half Thread
Well, there's not really a hell of a lot that needs to be said. The Vikings have simply thumped the Giants in every phase of the game through the first half, and carry a 31-0 lead into the locker room as a result.
Brett Favre has three touchdown passes, two to Sidney Rice, and Adrian Peterson has added a 1-yard touchdown run as well.
So, it looks like the Vikings will finish the year at 12-4, and then all eyes will turn to the JerryDome in Dallas for the Eagles/Cowboys game to see who the #2 seed in the NFC will be.
Join us for the second half action here, won't you?

Reynaud is not AD, though, so having him return punts next game (whenever that is) may not be a good idea.

Colts getting slaughtered by Bills
30-7 in the snowbowl
New Orleans to go on a 3 game losing streak
while sitting some starters
I thought they'd play their starters for most of the game.
It’ll be over a month since they’ve won before they play their first playoff game.

Cowboys win 44-6
Exacting revenge on the Eagles just like we exacted some revenge on New York today.

Dallas at home.
Eagles on the road…
Eagles are outside team.
Cowboys took down the Saints..
I would favor the Cowboys, but the Eagles are on a 6 game winning streak?
Tough call..
Dallas has to be pumped
Their choice is away in Minny or home against Eagles – at least that’s my understanding. We’ve been struggling but I don’t think anyone wants to come here.
that is an odd looking helmet worn by Carr
It may take a village to raise a child, but it takes a Viking to raze a village.
well...
you get lots of time to check out the new helmet fashions when all you do is hold the clipboard.

Why does Carr
Play well against our Defense? Last year was the same thing!

It's hard to see how good T Jack may be with
When they are not playing him as if it was still a ball-game..
Damn Garbage time.
Let’ see some passes…
I love seeing Jimmy catch the football

Inside the 10 in a tie game
But if I were the Texans, I’d go for the TD. Kris Brown has shanked a couple more kicks already today.

Cleveland beats Jags so some of the AFC coming clearer

Jags had a good WC spot
wonder how that will effect them
Roethlisberger just fumbled it away on his own 10
Dolphins look like they’re might steal it away from Pittsburgh.

How nice it is! Now just need the Cowgirls to pull another one out of their arse like they did against the Saints

Ballgame!
Well I think we’ve all realized the importance of two things today.
- Home field advantage
- Getting a lead early

Now time to root for Dallas!

Who the hell is Jerome Harrison? and Why is he running over defenses
"I've got news for you. We're gonna win the game. I guarantee it."

If Dallas Wins..
They play the Eagles again the following week
HA weird
Better to play Eagles at home than Vikes on the road if they lose
A lot of motivation for Dallas
"We're used to Favre-a-palooza now. We're engulfed in Favre-a-palooza. It's not even Favre-a-palooza anymore. He's family now."
--Vikings TE Visanthe Shiancoe, on Brett Favre
Either scenario does not look good for cowboys
They lose, they play Vikings who are in my opinion hot at home.
If they Win, they gotta play the Eagles twice at home.
Which a back to back win w/ the same team? may be hard….
