Just a Few Short Weeks Ago

One game.  One Blowout. That's all it takes to bring the faithful home.  No more talk about the coordinators being stupid or AP being traded.  One Game.  Farve is to old, can't win late in the year, he's tired.  One Game.  Secondary can't tackle, O-Line can't block, all gone.  One Game.

Just 5 weeks ago everyone wanted just one thing.  A division title, home field advantage, a bye week for the troops, and a road through a dome.  Granted we took the longest route to get there and we tapped into our "Vikings always disappoint" portion of our brains but we got there.  And it took one game.

It has been awhile since we were the favorites in the playoffs with the "Boys" and the "Pack" being involved. That doesn't even consider how really good NO is or how bad Arizona beat us earlier or how dynamic the Eagles can be.

Its a true NFC showdown with parity all around.  This year we have a Quarterback that's been there before and a bunch of guys that truly believe in themselves.  If your thinking we might lose your right.  But how would you like to be the other guys having to come to the Dome to meet withy Mr Farve and Co. after a weeks rest?

We are 12-4

We are the NFC North Champs

We are Home in the Dome

All because of one game.

Congratulations to the Viking team and fans.

Skoal everyone.
