The word I never wanted to hear again
Schism.
"He was the goat in Minnesota’s 28-24 loss to Green Bay — the team that finally exorcised Favre’s ghost after parting ways with the quarterback two seasons ago. There are signs of a schism once again developing between Favre and Vikings head coach Brad Childress, who publicly made him the scapegoat of Sunday’s defeat because of three second-half interceptions."

CHILLY CAN GO STRAIGHT TO HELL!
NO KILLER INSTINCT!
Chilly’s conservative play calling is directly related to the Vikings 2-4 record.
Brett Favre is the Greatest QB in NFL History, Bar None!

Was called brilliantly (outside kneeling on it before half) for one.

revenge....
how about that cute underhand desperation toss by favre right before he tossed his 3rd int?
that was my favorite bf moment (aside from that pick 6 weak ass throw).
so how do we go 14-2 from here?
in the future there will be no war...there will only be rollerball.
Anyone see a pattern here, Schism in Green Bay, Schism in New York, hey guess what! Schism time is here again!
C’mon guys this is classic Favre, with his megalomaniac ego. As a Lions fan I hope Favre keeps from retiring, really looking forward to playing him again in Detroit.

LoL Favre has been beating the Lions for almost my whole life, I would love nothing more than to get a win against him in his last game ever.
It is not likely, the guy has had our number. Who knows maybe by then he will be healthy. I just want the opportunity LoL. We have to beat this guy at least once this decade!

appreciate the sentiment and your wish to beat Favre...
Hatred by opponents is a sign of respect in my book.
Dude...
…Detroit’s the next stop on his NFL tour. If Favre “retires”, he’ll be wearing powder blue in Mo-Town for a couple years.

Oh god please no LoL
Our line can’t keep Stafford and Hill healthy only allowing 11 sacks and being tied for 8th best in the NFL. Favre would end up on permanent injured reserve with the Lions. I wouldn’t mind that Aaron Rodgers though. Man of all the young guns in the league he is by far the best one.
Favre in his prime though was a great QB. I am not sold that he is as good as Manning or Brady. But I would put him right there behind them. Before we had Stafford, if we can ever keep him healthy, I would have been all over wanting Favre. Nowadays though I think his value is down.
Hey look at the bright side, at least you didn’t end up with Jay Cutler.

schism?
since when is a head coach saying his QB made dumb plays — when he clearly did make dumb decisions, and the QB himself admits to it too — called a “schism?!?”
My god, half the NFL has “schisms” then. Favre himself had a “schism” with Mike Homgren for his first four years Favre was a starter: “No more rocketballs, Brett!”

Favre's QB Rating in 2010: 68.0
David Carr’s career QB Rating: 74.9
Time for Favre to grab some bench.
The Colorado Rockies aren't a team, they're an armada.
