There are some kids and Vets who got a 2nd shot.Last year something like 40 plus UFL players signed with NFL teams. Young players who just missed their rosters but playing experience at a slightly higher level than college (actually more players from major schools this year). There are some guards and OT's sitting there. I mentioned in a post that Taye Biddle and West from sacramento have really turned on the jets after getting some experience. If you can find one guy in 3 that fill a void we thus save a draft pick for another need. Biddle is more of a slot but West could be a great addition at WR. There are guys that play O-line who have really shown good stuff. My god son is getting older but he sure showed what he is capable of doing at OT after a layoff of 2 years. He and a couple others really pulled it together the 2nd half and put solid performances up.
I follow Sacramento a lot but there are a lot of quality kids who took the opportunity and have matured on the other teams. Vikings might be wise to bring some in for a look. Cory Ross is a little Darren Nelson type who could be a good recieving outlet. Speedy and elusive. Saw lots of other good prospects form other teams. I am certain a guard or OT is out there who could help the Vikings now.
If Barrian wants to sit with boo- boos and Sidney is going to play contract games, bring in West and Biddle.
I'll check the stats on others
