I am very surprised about the moss thing. That does trouble me, but what troubles me even more is the lack of D. The game Sunday reminded me very much of the Saints game. When it really counted we could not stop the run. There was also some poor tackling on a couple of third down plays. We were very much in this game. Our offense had not made any major mistakes, it was time to stop their O and drive for the winning TD at the end of the game. Much like the Saints game our D just did not get the job done. NO PRESSURE ON THE QB ALL DAY. No run stopping when it really counted.
With all that being said there is little time to get things turned around. There is a chance that the season is not over, but it has to be proven one game at a time. It was not lost on me that NE has the number one scoring offense, but that is just no excuse if you want to win you have to put pressure on the qb and stop the other teams O when it counts.
