Perhaps you should explain.
That seems like the safest play possible. 9 blockers and a pass to no one. Johnson was just there to avoid intentional grounding. Any kind of run could result in a fumble or not enough time coming off.

I think this Detroit location is a perfect opportunity to start TJ. Favre is still a game-time decision, it’s a home game on a neutral field, against a team that’s really ragged after some serious travel issues.

I know you guys are saying this because you’re giddy, but … I actually think Matt Flynn may be one of the best backups in the NFL. I think he’s the best backup in the NFC North at least (and yes I am counting TJack as a backup still, and yes, as you know, I’m actually not a TJack hater. I just like Flynn, I watched him in preseason & he may have something).
Yeah, it’s gonna be pretty embarrassing. Though, you guys got somewhat lucky in playing them when you did. They still seemed like they were trying to implement their new offense without Moss.
