New York Giants At Minnesota Vikings At Detroit Via Kansas City And Minneapolis - Second Half Thread

DETROIT MI - DECEMBER 13: Brett Favre #4 of the Minnesota Vikings runs off the field prior to playing the New York Giants at Ford Field on December 13 2010 in Detroit Michigan. (Photo by Gregory Shamus/Getty Images)

One half of football and this week can officially be over. This team NEEDS to get something going on offense other than "let's hope Eli throws another pick and we can have a short field."

It's not totally out of reach or anything yet, but it's not exactly close at this point, either.

INT analysis

Bad footwork, and the most important thing is that Jackson did not see Bullock.

A lot of otherwise great quarterbacks have washed up because of lack of great eyesight. Just a genetic luck of the draw thing.

He is under a lot of pressure. The running game is nothing right now.

Not really any top-flight O-Linemen in the draft this year

I'd go Newton

He’s a better runner and passer than Michael Vic, who is tearing it up this year.

Yes, he is

because the GB loss told me we were screwed in the short term, this loss tells me we’re screwed in the long run
Some notes I took:
-T-Jack is not an NFL QB, not even a back up
-Joe Webb is to athletic to be kept at QB
-We have the worst O-Line in football (though Herrera and Hutch being out doesn’t help, it wasn’t that good when he was in either)
-We need a FRANCHISE QB!!!! Not a second round reach, not a sixth rounder who was expected to play WR, a real QB
-Hutch has been great for us, and McKinnie has been so so, but I think it’s time we draft their replacements

1000% agree with this post

Though I think we all already knew that T-suck, well, sucked. :)
