Q&A with Daunte Culpepper
Daunte remembers back to his great years as a Viking, reacts to being named one of the 50 greatest Vikings, and breaks some news. He tried to get re-signed by the Vikings for the past two years, but Childress wasn't interested. Working with Denny Green in the UFL, he has re-cultivated his passion for football. At age 34, he wants another chance with the Vikings.
Michael Rand of the Star Tribune conducted the interview by e-mail. Daunte comes across as thoughtful and reflective.
