Yep it's a looong offseason
Ok so I was sitting here at work thinking about all the teams that we'll be beating next year. In the course of this happy little thought process it came to me that one of those teams will be the biggest disapointment in the NFL next year. Well maybe not one we play but out of all the teams in the NFL on of them will have to be the biggest disapointment next year. Notice I didn't say the worst team in the NFL..
So with that in mind my consensus (between me, myself and I) was that most likely that team would once again be Chicago. They have made big aquisitions in FA have got a year under Cutlers belt have such worthies as Mike Tice and some other guy joining their staff... So that's my bet.
Then I thought to myself, what if, what if the unthinkable happens and a jumbo jet filled with Kryptonite and nitro glycerin crashed into Bret Favre(pretty much the only thing that will kill him) and he doesn't play for us next year. This turned my sunny little thought several shades darker as I realized that then Minnesota would probably be the most disapointing team in the league..
Hell what am I saying he'll shrug that off like he did Will Smith, and still make it in time for the second preseason game!
And we all know the people that will fall the farthest have the farthest to fall so maybe it will be the Saints :)
Anyway enough rambling vote!
