Vikings Preseason Schedule Released

PrintHope you like large doses of the NFC West in your preseason!
According to Vikings.com, the reigning NFC North champions will open the 2010 preseason in St. Louis on either August 13 or 14 to take on the mighty Rams. Then it’s off to San Francisco for a nationally televised game against the 49ers. The Vikings finish their preseason with two home games against the Seahawks and Broncos. Here’s the full schedule as it stands now:

As far as the regular season schedule goes, we’ll have to wait a couple more weeks. The part of the 2010 Vikings schedule that counts should be announced some time in mid-April.

Regular season game win won't ease the pain of the NFC Championship loss.
Like in 1999 when the Vikes beat the Falcons, in the season opener. 1998 NFC Championship loss still hurt just as bad.

Plenty of time to film more commercials about the NFL’s eldest, most procrastinating quarterback.
Heck, why not wait and start with the playoffs? That would give him some time to be fitted for one of those newfangled Ironman outfits…

Brett will be holding a clip board on the San Francisco side lines. Then the NFL set the stage for the Vikes to sell their season ticket packages. The NFL’s way of apoligizing for under cutting our stadium for the last two years . They are like the Mafia !!! Punishment & rewards are all about money as they sit in their own little fantasy realm and create their own little rules while bullying there decisions . Sorry GONZO for the dark politics but Karl c hasn’t created a post in a while and we miss him.

Call me crazy, but I don’t want my team playing on Friday the 13th. I’d prefer to wait the extra day and play Aug 14th. The sad part is it’s still 134/135 days away. Thank God, I love the fish.

It’s going to be Saturday the 14th so the only problem will be dredging up memories of a bad horror spoof.
