A Plea to Brett Favre: Please Don't Retire
A seriously funny and seriously serious video offering another reason (to add to the million$ and million$) for Brett to continue to play through at least one more season. How many men are willing to admit that the love of his life introduced him to the thrills of football and Brett showed him the skill and passion for the game? Watch and enjoy - you will not regret the 3 minutes to watch.

I have something more important to do ?
I told my three year old I would teach her to shoot spit wads at a old Packer poster laying around after she pees on the potty by herself ? She had success so I’m slobbering up a few ….. Oh look she just drills aaron . I told her . Sorry baby ? Anyone can hit that clown . Hit one that counts !!!! Three year olds are the bomb . She will probably be at the Dolphin game ? I hope I don’t scar her for life when I keep yelling . " Murder those Dolphins " !!!!
I just bought my tickets for that game...
It’ll be my first game at the dome…
Can’t wait to make the trip!!!
What state are you from not to have been to the dome .
If you haven’t found a room yet ? Hotels.com have good prices near Mall of America . Hotel shuttle . Then the Light train on the Eastside lower parking area is $4/each round trip . They drp you off directly in front of the stadium . No parking fees $8-25 . You save an hour in traffic if you are heading South .

Minnesota
But…. I live about 4 hours away…..
And, I’ve been to the dome before, for a twins game (many many years ago), and for a high school football game for a class A championship game and the one game prior to that.
So it’s been around 10+ years since I have been there.
Just have never made it to a game – but been to the area normally 3-5 times per year. Not to mention, at one point, lived south of the cities by 20 minutes and attended U of M Mankato for a year.. (Saw some of the VIkings driving around when I first started hanging out in Kato).
Entertaining... Yet.... Dumb....
That’s all i can say about it.
really got a hold on me
What is it about Brett Favre that has such a hold on us? Man, did people lose their shit when Joe Montana retired? Troy Aikman? Granted, I think they retired only once. Honestly, Michael Jordan is the only player I can think of who has unretired and that’s not even football.
The English language was carefully, carefully cobbled together by three blind dudes and a German dictionary.

Infectious Enthusiasm
Have ever even heard of any other NFL QB, EVER, throwing a 20 yard pass and then hustling downfield fast enough to throw a body-block for his own WR? That might not qualify him as the best (or smartest) QB ever, but it damn sure won me over.
SKOL VIKINGS!
Ah, ah,
We come from the land of the ice and snow,
From the midnight sun where the hot springs blow.
The hammer of the gods will drive our ships to new lands,
To fight the horde, singing and crying: Valhalla, I am coming!
SKOL!
AAA (As Always - Amazing)
Yeah – I remember that one too – I’m glad that you mentioned it. I just sat there with my mouth wide open in awe of his talent. Hopefully we’ll hear something soon. Jeff really wanted Brett to see his video, even though it’s cheesy, but he thought it was neat and unusual for a man to be brought to the sport by his woman – and at such a late age. But he’s really getting into it now and is actually looking forward to football season – that is – if Brett comes back. Living on the East Coast, I guess I’m going to have to subscribe to one of the NFL channels or sports package so that we can see all of the games.
