Frazier: Griffin to Miss First Game

Vikings Defensive Coordinator Leslie Frazier told reporters that Cedric Griffin will definitely miss the season opener against New Orleans. This shouldn't surprise too many people since Griffin blew out his ACL about six months ago. The good news is that Griffin's recovery seems to be coming along just fine. Lito Sheppard and Benny Sapp are the front runners to fill Griffin's starting CB spot at the moment. Stay tuned for more Training Camp news!
