The Comcast Red Zone Channel Is Back For Another Season

Yes, ladies and gentlemen, the Vikings' season starts in a little more than two weeks, and for those of you that are Comcast cable subscribers, they're returning one of the best forms of NFL coverage out there.

Of course, I'm talking about the Red Zone channel, and for those of you that have experienced it, you know just how good it is.  The Red Zone channel will show you every single touchdown from every NFL game from coast to coast and border to border, and this year it's all coming to you live in crystal-clear high definition (if your television will allow it, anyway).  It starts with the kickoff of the early games, and continues right on until the late games have come to a close.

Getting your hands on the Red Zone Channel is easy, too.  You just need to upgrade to the Sports Entertainment Package for the low price of $7.99 a month, and tune your box to either Channel 727 (for standard definition) or Channel 406 (for high definition).  Less than $8 a month for seventeen Sundays worth of all scoring, all the time?  That's not even $2 per weekend.

So, if you're a Comcast subscriber, get your hands on the Red Zone Channel today!

If comcast is responsible the dailynorseman page now taking 10-15 seconds to refresh over the last month or so because it is stuck on loading something from www.boxxet.com, then count me out.

Seriously, the response time for loading the DN main page became terrible sometime this past summer, and it remains terrible today. 15 seconds is WAY too long. It used to take just 1-2 secs.
