After playing two consecutive pre-season contests on the road to begin 2010, the Beloved Purple finally get a chance to play in front of the hometown fans.
This is generally the game that the starters will see the most action, and I fully expect that to be the case for the Vikings this evening. With that being the case, I don't have many "keys" for tonight's action. . .just the ever-important one that nobody gets hurt during the course of this contest. I'm also sort of anxious to see how Greg Camarillo, the newest Viking, fits into the offense and how he works with #4.
I'm hoping that I'm going to be back by the time this one kicks off. I promised Mrs. Gonzo a trip to the quaint little Danish village of Solvang after the conclusion of the DN Fantasy Football Draft, and who knows how long we'll be down there. It's about two hours before kickoff now. . .bless SBNation and their kick-ass technology that allows me to compose this well ahead of time. . .and you guys know what to do after the game starts anyway. So, hopefully we'll see everyone here tonight for some purple and gold fun!

Moved ball well, but turnovers and not finishing drives killed us. Toby looked like a bowling ball out there, and AD was AD. liked what i saw from camarillo, but that drop by berrian was awful.
Defense looked regular season ready and im pumped to watch cook this year, he looks like a bigger version of winfield. asher allen also looks good

I like Jackson too,
but I’m not impressed at all with his performance this P-season.
So far Rosenfels has moved the ball much better than Jackson has.

Tavaris was Childress’s first serious girlfriend and we all know how we all are when it comes to our first serious girlfriend…….that is, we stay with her for too long, defend her too much, put up with her crappy play and ultimately end up regretting the other girls we could have been with instead during that time. 1) Rice (starting on PuP)
2) Harvin
3) Berrian
4) Lewis

As a Tarvaris Jackson fan
sadly it’s now looking like he might be the one voted off the island. Rosie and Webb have been good.

Just curious… Cook. How was he? I read they were mostly going to Winfield for some reason.
Also, Webb. Did he just get the one TD pass and that was it? Did we not have the ball in the 4th Q or something?
