I'm hoping that this weeks the 1st WIN vs the Lions!!

I have a Dream, my beloved Vikings will get in the Win Column this Sunday vs. The Lions... but by how much?!!!

I know back in the day, well...way back in the day, before Electricity & the Huge Brick Cell Phone---the Lions actually we're OK. However, that crazy MATT MILLEN got a hold of them and scared Barry Sanders into Retirement.

I say, we don't need WR's...I Love them, but let's just Run AP All Day!!!!

I don’t think the Lions are going to do a whole heck of a lot. Not that he didn’t do a good job against the eagles, but I don’t think he will do much against the Vikes.

At least he will get his chance at revenge.

Honestly I'm more worried about Best.

Hate having people on my FFL that are playing against the Vikes….

Yeah it's frustrating cheering for a guy to put up points but not do enough to hurt your team in real life : )

By the way Grime, are you one of the other Vikings fans in the CSC league? I’ve been curious which DN guys are in that league and I think I remember you mentioning it before. Anyway I’m the crappy team called the DBs.

I'm the DBs and you crushed me in week one : )

Didn’t have a great draft starting out in the 13 hole and Spiller being a total bust. I’m a juggernaut in a ten team league with my friends though, and I’m looking forward to taking their money. I currently have no backup quarterback in the CSC league so I’ll be choosing from Jake Delhomme, Shaun Hill, and Stafford’s left arm in a couple weeks.

who I’m thinking about starting if Favre can’t pull it out vs the Lions. Got lucky though and picked up Chris Johnson. That’s what killed you in the first week. Last week he had like 9 yards :p I thought there were more VIkes fans in that league. Wasn’t Deek in there with us? I hope one of us wins it all :D

My WRs are weak.

I’ve got Favre in my other league but played a hunch and started Vick instead which payed off huge. I’m looking for Mike Tolbert to help me out this week with Matthew’s being out. Tolbert’s a giant bowling ball and my new favourite FB. CJ will win you a lot of games. Had him last year in a league and he singlehandedly won about three-four games for me. I hope one of us wins the league to but I think the league’s going to come down to a ton of luck with there being so many teams. Although that dude who drafted like 8 defenses and now has a team full of Raiders isn’t going to win : )

I saw what Best put up last week, but my team still won.
I did a force trade and snagged him up.

Now I’m in a pickle.. I want to see him succeed, but only succeed in terms of points. I want the team itself to fail.

Maybe it’ll be a win/win for me.

2 touchdowns sounds about right

If the turnover ratio is neutral. If the Vikes get +1 or +2 in the turnover ratio then expect a lamb chop buffet. -1 or -2 and we’re looking at winning by 3 or losing by 3.

Eh

I’m thiking more like 21-14/27-17 ish
To be realistic.
I think our offense will have improved, but, not enough to be in that 30 point range quite yet.
I want to say our defense will likely let up 2 scores, but the Lions will have to work very hard for that. Maybe they’ll have to settle for consistent field goals. :)
