Tough call, lots of dramatic finishes. So many that Bears over Packers apparently didn’t even make the cut!

I decided to go with Falcons. Because Saints fans probably had to take Prilosec TWICE in that one, two times they shot themselves in the foot with coaching missteps in one game. That had to hurt.

The lost their....

Horseshoe..

What else can they say??

They lost it last week when Bush got hurt.

They may struggle like the Packers will w/ having an unbalanced attack.

You can’t soley be a run-team
You can’t soley be a pass-team

You need to have a balanced attack.

hopefully we can find a passing attack soon then :)

Went with the Seahawks

Just because I’m amazed that they’re 2-1 right now after beating the supposedly Super Bowl hopeful Chargers. The Falcons won thanks to Hartley—otherwise I would have chose them.

i guess that’s why i chose saints loss. Because Prilosec is for heartburn. and i can’t think of any losing team on that list whose fans would have more heartburn this week than Saints. (though chargers and phins come close?)

I voted for Dallas

Although they are one of my least favorite franchises, the Cowboys had a real chance of being 0-3 and faced a then undefeated Texans squad, so I suppose that the Cowboys and their fans got a fair amount of relief this week.

Anytime the Vikings win its the win of the week for me but since it wasn’t on there I went Falcons vs. Saints cause I can’t stand the Saints now. It was awesome to see the Saints luck run out.

I picked the Rams

A very funny stat: The rams record in the last 35 games is 4-31. 2 of them of course came from the Washington Redskins. You know the saying “They have their number” in reference to always beating or winning someone or somebody. Well the Rams only have about one number and its the Washington Redskins. Bradford went out and still lead his team against a pretty stout defense and without Steven Jackson in the whole second half. Oh and the only reciever i know anything about: Mark Clayton. Thats it.
I’m impressed.

I picked the Falcons

Because…… They were very lucky to have poor coaching from the Saints side… Its as if the Saints luck has finally run out and all that good luck karma has been hitting them backwards. Last week, they lost Bush, this week they lost their first game. Ya, the game was very close and went into OT, but their offense is slowly picking up, but they’re now more of a near pass-only team.

The Bears/Pack game was close, but that was a game where the only outcome I’d prefer is for both teams to lose.

My 2nd pick would be the Rams… Bradford seems to be doing quite well. Hell, I should be starting him over Eli Manning in my FF since he’s getting more points. But, its the Rams and you wouldn’t think he would get the points he does. He’s getting more comfortable and I could see them winning a few more games.

Seahawks over Chargers… Must suck to be a playoff team and losing all those games.. Chiefs, Seahawks, not a way you want to start out your year. And with the VJ deal going sour, I bet a lot of Chargers fans are even extra unhappy now. Bad karma hit you mr. GM…. Eat it and weep!

Jets were hungry for wins, and Dolphins were due for a loss. Dolphins do not seem to be that great of a team offensively, but neither are the Jets.. But at times, the Jets can get it done when needed.

Steelers over Bucs is my last choice. Steelers have a great D this year. They’ve been exploding my defensive fantasy points. And TB was a bottom feeding team last year. No real surprise there.. But they were just 2-0, right? Ha… I think a lot of these first 3 games iwll be considered more flukes and we will see the really good teams and recognize them in the 2nd 1/2 of the season.

why?..

…is steelers/bucs even listed? it wasn’t even close

None of the above...

Bears over the cheeseheads! Who’d thought they would be 3-0 right now? And looks like they’ll go 4-0 against the floundering Giants.

It's a good thing I waited on this one ?

Brees strained his MCL in his left knee during the game . He is wearing a sleeve on it . And the prognosis is to rest it for four weeks . Since the Saints live and die with Brees he will continue to play on the bad knee . They said his mobility will be severely compromised . As he keeps playing on it he is bound to take more hits . It will also effect his deep balls . And stamina . I will have to give credit this week to the Falcons . I like the Voodoo Curse thing . It’s working . They wanted to break the wing of the dirty bird . And that bird’s limb came in the form of one Saints wing as the Curse required . Oops ! Guess they need more updated components to the next concoction ? Anyone else agree ?
