Well...plenty has been written about the sloppy Vikings team and their sloppy win over the loser Lions not meaning anything in the real world. It goes without saying who the best player was on the field. The best RB in the NFL, perhaps the best player in NFL, perhaps 'kiss my ass Chris Johnson' player of the NFL. Other than All Day Peterson, Percy played his heart out. I get the feeling that since the teams came to know about his health issues they have been trying to hit him harder than normal...maybe I am being too protective of the kid in our team but he keeps showing us the titanium he is made of. Favre over-threw the TD pass but thank God it was not BB. Say anything about Favre, the team plays well when he pulls them together. He is a leader of this team and although people (the media elite) keep going after him, I believe in him. I will leave him out of this discussion. He has achieved enough in his life to get a free pass on our judgements on him. Leaving these guys out, let's see who else played good.
In Defense, I think I saw some nice plays by Abdullah. Don't care about his sacrifices and his religion, he is supposed to play good football and if he does that I have no problem. If he doesn't, I don't care what his religious beliefs are, he better step up. Which he did this time. Lito also seemed to be playing well. EJ was solid as ever. Let's vote on what you think went on in the game:
