holy Schneikies

http://msn.foxsports.com/fantasy/football/story/Fantasy-Football-Quarterback-Weekly-Season-Rankings-Index

THis numb nuts has BF rated lower then Kyle Orton and Jay Cutler.

We are really in the underdog mode this year.  He had AD at number six as well.

I say good deal, they do not think we can preform, let them believe it, its up to the team to prove they are the best on the field every single week.

It is.....

Schneikies, not shnickies. It is in Funk and Farley’s Dictionary.

does it give word etymology too?

in the future there will be no war...there will only be rollerball.

Yes...

It is a post-modern English word, origins circa 1984 in midtown Manhattan, late on a summer Saturday. Believed to be a Swedish euphemism for a bodily function.

That's ok . Predictionmachine .com says ...

Green Bay beat us in simulation 70% of the time . As our Defense will end with a 24th rating . Brett will go down . And Adrian will have a great year that falls short of the playoffs with a 9-7 record . SD wins it all without there #1WR or other LT (the one that blocks) ???

I think you are just misinterpreting what his page is all about.

He is ranking predicted fantasy football performance in WEEK 1.

So since Denver is facing Jacksonville, I would lean towards Orton having a better fantasy week than Favre as well, especially considering the O-line worries and Sidney being out.

make more sense

Note to self…….read,
also I disagree with the ranking anyway but that is a valid point!

Are you crazy . Brett is facing a high scoring Offense . He will be lighting it up . They had 475 last time . How much more this time ?

DEN has no pass rush and will have their Defense on the field 2/3 the game . As JAX runs and runs and runs …..

Well... let's look at the facts, shall we?

It is the first game of the year, and Favre is missing his biggest weapon in Sidney Rice.

Our offensive line was suspect last year, and our center has not had the benefit of playing in any preseason games.

Favre is a year older.

The Saints force turnovers. That is their game. Turnovers are bad for fantasy points. It doesn’t matter if Favre throws for 475 yards if he commits 4 turnovers.

The Jaguars were 29th in the league in opposing passer rating.

They were dead last in sacks with only 14 last year… Jared Allen had more sacks than the entire Jacksonville Jaguars team.

They were 31st in opposing QB average completion percentage @ 67.6%

Kyle Orton is not an amazing QB, but he takes care of the ball, meaning not a lot of turnovers.

They still have Eddie Royal, and Eric Decker looks to be a strong up and comer.

Quit being a “homer” and realize that performance is situational, and certain players are in a better situation to perform better than others. That does not mean they are better, only that they have better opportunity.
