Malcolm Jenkins replaces Darren Sharper (free safety). Alex Brown is the new defensive end. Jo-Lonn Dunbar replaces Scott Fujita (strongside linebacker).
Middle linebacker Jonathan Vilma hurt his groin a few weeks ago, but should be back for the game.
